the Blu ray say uncut but aside that it's not a high level of fan service.

as another commenter said this is wrong. the tv version covers everything with overlays while the bluray does not, so there are two versions, one technically being uncensored, but no actual bits are drawn. they look like barbie dolls as they are just smooth with normal skin in those places
