| Is it official though? I watched only a few minutes, but it doesn't have much going on besides the narration by Suletta and it is not on the official Gundam channel, where the prologue was posted. Edit 1: I checked the video's source that was in the description. It was posted in the channel of the artist thad did the opening theme. So I guess it is official then. It's a shame that it's just a narration, I'd love to see some real animation for this part. Maybe they're gonna adapt some bits in the second part or another season (I hope). Either way, thanks for the information. I'll gladly watch it. |

| No problem. I saw it listed on streaming sites with a 30min duration and assumed they'd dropped a full adaptation special out of nowhere. I had already read the short story prior, so I don't feel much need to sit through an audiobook version of it. At least all the people who had no idea it existed before will be able to get some backstory on Prospera and "Suletta" now. Considering it got this storybook treatment, I doubt it'll get a proper adaptation, though. Who knows, maybe they'll do little bits in cour 2 since there's some pretty important lore details tucked away here. |

| The audio is Kana Ichinose reading the Cradle Planet novel but the video is taken from Shukufuku (which is on MAL with the "Music" classification). If the fansub is on anime streaming sites, cool, but I don't think MAL will regard it as an anime. I'd personally regard it as an audio book. |

| I would agree with you, but there's stuff on Mal like the Aria picture dramas, which are, ostensibly, the exact same thing as this Cradle of Earth audiobook, but instead of narration, it's dialogue. They're both just slideshows with VAs talking over them. |
