| Oh wow, no, I don't like that. The ongoing relationship between Futaba and her fiancé was really quite nice. In life, we sometimes have people come and go, and quite often, we have to make difficult decisions based on that. I think Futaba's feelings regarding this situation have been really quite beautiful and to reduce it to "We want Futaba to come with us and join us so she doesn't have to get hurt when we ultimately destroy human civilization" feels incredibly shallow. Personally, I don't like this. |
