I due definitely like this show, a lot evan I just wonder what make what makes so special to some man people. It deals like a generic show with some obvious problems yet I really addicted to it and seems like I am not the only one. So I would like to ask what make the show feel special to you.

It focus's on building the characters and story before actually getting anywhere. That way it starts from nothing, and when the action starts, everything is set up. It was extremely good

Interesting civ building aspect with cool looking characters and great production quality. Other than that everything else is generic or bad. The one exception to that is LORD GABIRU

I normally really don’t like most isekai shows, this being the one exception. I just really liked the characters and the setting, plus it’s a bonus that it’s not just another harem show so that’s nice.

Everything, but mostly the worldbuilding. I love it when a show dives into the politics, economics, military, cultures, et cetera (the perks of a high fantasy world). It shows me three things: 1) The author cares and takes the series seriously, 2) I'm invested in the upcoming grand events, and 3) Everything makes sense.

On top of that, all the main cast is easy to like and respect, and all the villains are easy to hate. That's a huge plus in my book too.

It has a whole fictional world setup very well, similarly to animes like: One Piece, DBZ, Naruto, Demon Slayer, JJK, Chainsaw Man, etc. where lore is crazy good and there's fictional explanations and rules. Things like Magicules, Ultimate skills, True Dragons, Demon Lords, Saints.. A good ratio of female/male strong characters. The fact that Veldora is one of the strongest and coolest anime characters ever. Its an anime where I expected nothing of it and ended up being obsessed with it. The Manga might even be better than anime.. while the light novel could be better than both!

It doesn’t just focus on the mc traveling and getting as strong as he can to defeat a predetermined main villain like some demon lord. It focusses more on world building and connections to many people of different races and different cities. All the characters are super unique, and you just can’t deny that Rimuru isn’t just such a good main character.

I like the world building, the politics and of course the battle scenes. Although I wish the author gives someone other than Shion a chance to shine, it's boring seeing that purple creature often.

the comedy and heartfeltness of the whole thing mixed in with the darkness when Rimuru goes OP. Plus Rimuru is probably one of the most OP characters in anime history

And also I don't know when I will be able to watch the movie but if it follows the story and do some crazy cinematic corography than its gonna be hell of a fun to watch this.

I love about the characters, the character development and interaction between characters, town building, the planning and tactics.

And the story is interesting as well as Rimuru’s overpowered badass power.

Unlike other isekai where the mc is just too op and is shown doing anything this anime has a proper explanation of everything even how Rimuru builds an entire country out from the scratch is also excellent easy to like and respect side characters good Ova,Ona and side stories and comedy parts and Raphael-San whose only motive is Rimuru's benefit even if she has to do work behind his back.
Great demon lords and kings with personality and awesome and sometimes unawareness of rimuru

IDK man ,i also liked the slice of life
i think it's the slow world building
, nothing is thrown in the audiance out of the blue and before going into any deep rooted conflict we are given a properly understanding and weight of the situation , so it's not like" oh everything is trash " not immediately at least .

I just loved the building how Rimuru transformed the village and made it into like a city

I honestly think for me it’s the character development and how they made him “overpowered in the right way” it just seems to make me love it more and more each time I watch it.
