| So the Japanese Imperial Army invade the mainland China during the conflicts leading up to World War II and the residents of the Chinese towns and villages are treated as peasants. The perspective is of a Japanese boy named Megumi who experiences the life under Imperial Japanese rule. So far the art is really good and the story isn't too graphic nor censored. I like the mix of Japanese sub and Chinese sub, the contrast is a welcoming addition for immersion. |
