As the title says; I find ecchi anime hit or miss, but I have not seen anything too similar to this. Any suggestions or things I should be prepared for?

MC is a douchebag, that can't keep it in his pants, constantly cheats on his lovable fiance and the show makes a joke about male being raped, which is disgusting in it's very nature.

Just go in with low expectations and expect to end up being horny that’s all
Do that and it’s a pretty good ecchi borderline anime

Show isn’t very good at being horny in my opinion compared to other ecchi anime.

Animation is pretty rough.

MC is hard to sympathize with unless you like the idea of NTR or cheating.

Only watch while inebriated.

if you simply like tits and slutty females, then yes. Dogeza de Tanondemita is shorter though so if you just want to see tits you should watch that. If you want actual porn or plot, you're better off watching Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World or High School DxD

Well, it’s a naughty series with a very ridiculous plot but because of that is funny. In my point of view, the manga is better, as usual, but if you can’t stand that type of humor or consider offensive the erotic jokes and situations, then it’s not a series for you. By the way, I think the first season was better than the current one.
