wow. that was good

in passing, oscar questions if their memories are real, because how would they even know?

oscar gets injured but lewis creature saves him. lewis creature isn't good at speech, but it's very good at communicating via text messaging. and lewis creature is clearly the real/original lewis based on his conversations

oscar realizes lewis creature is really lewis, and he goes to tell the rest of the crew after lewis creature saved him. but when he gets back, they had already printed a new lewis, and the new lewis agrees with capturing and exterminating lewis creature. so oscar is hesitant to tell them the truth about what happened to him

the crew realizes lewis creature is building some stasis pod. the pod would protect lewis creature from being killed for the 100-year sleep period. but in order to complete the pod's construction he needs oscar to help him access a storage unit

oscar had the TERRIBLE idea of making it look like lewis creature assaulted him and forced oscar to help open the storage unit. which clearly was going to lead to the crew hating lewis creature even more. i assume lewis creature realized this, which is why he stole the terraforming bomb from the storage unit. the bomb is now his bargaining chip, to ensure the crew doesn't try to kill him, because he could detonate the bomb and kill everyone

FAAAAAACK this was a great episode. this is a very compelling series. i've got it at an 8/10, but give me a few more great episodes like that and i'll bump it to 9/10
