I love how insanse it got from 1-100 real quick even tho, none of it made sense. i think, the story should have been ended after naoko came back to life. the author is pretty inconsistent in chapter releases too but i do believe this beloved naoko story is nearing a perfect ending. what are your thoughts on pumpkin night? PS. Dont talk about how theres so much gore elements because, this story was not meant for weak hearts from the start. here's whats going on right now in the series, if you dont wanna read but just wanna know: |

| It's definitely lost it's direction hard. I mean I do enjoy seeing things from Naoko's perspective too and I can forgive the multiple asspulls because it's not much different from how big slasher film franchises write themselves. But I feel like the future of the story was reconstructed completely after the brief episode of Kazuya finishing the bully job, at the time it seemed like he was a permanent stand-in but now it took this long to even get back to him. And with the Babyface stuff and the current conflict I'm scared that Pumpkin Night is just going to become a gory battle manga over time with more and more superhumans and shit. That development will definitely be dropworthy and I already don't REALLY think it's a quality series in the first place |

That development will definitely be dropworthy and I already don't REALLY think it's a quality series in the first place Nah it is getting a part 3 and naoko and kazuya already escaped and sae giving up But you know.. this story was about the revenge on bullies thing of naoko the author could have just ended this manga and made like a sequel with a separate title or smth. now its like contradicting and no one knows where the story is heading. it has a prequel which is publishing right now but like, theres no point in the prequel at all |
