Last time I checked, the latest chapter of the manga was really behind the anime. So, they anime is basically ahead of the manga. But there was some part in the manga which was not in the anime. Not something very important but some wholesome slice of life.

iirc, I think it tends to jump around a bit, being mostly slice-of-life and all. So there's not a really clear cut-off if that makes sense

thanks a lot it stays same as the story till ch 15 but then is totally different from the anime
