When can we expect this to air?

We know that the anime will air, and everyone is excited, but when can we expect it? I don't know when Rascal doesn't Dream of a Bunny Girl Senpai was announced, but its movie was announced a year before airing. Does this mean that it will take 1-3 years to make this season? I really cannot wait that long :(

Didn't the first part of this already air? the one with his sister wanting to go to his high school? because if it didn't then I'm remembering something wrong like the plot is super similar to something that already occurred with the sister in the anime, or I had one hell of a fever dream over a year ago.

Earliest they can air it is in fall 2023.
