BanG Dream! Movie: Poppin' Dream! started with slow pace but ended being a fun trip. I love all the songs and it is very nostalgic feeling passionate again, watching Poppin' Party and other bands perform. Kasumi's cuteness in this show, specially at the end melted my heart ! (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡

This movie turned out great. Sure, there is not much of a storyline, but I think all in all it turned out to be a fun time.
I liked the performances, the acoustic song, and the concert songs. It's nice to see these songs in the anime finally.

A little bit of forced drama that has turned into fine, goosebump worth entrance to Drive Us Crazy. Really enjoyed that one.
I'm not the biggest fan of PoppinParty, but i took liking to the new song. Also more of Morfonica, YaY!
Overall solid, fun movie.

I get it was intentional to show just how sunny it was on Guam, but the colours looked way too oversaturated whenever they were directly in the sun and that really distracted me at points.

Other than that, this movie was okay. It honestly felt a bit directionless, like it was really struggling to fill even a runtime of 70 minutes with worthwhile content: hence PoPiPa being so lost on the way to the hotel, for example. The drama was also kind of forced, to put it lightly. Not entirely terrible, but still pretty dumb: for one thing, are there no temporary drummers available for an event of this scale, much like how Maya started as one? More to the point, why did MASKING of all characters get sentimental enough to run off to the beach to end up in position to step on a sea cucumber and get injured in the first place? Holy shit, it sounds so stupid when I write it out like that, doesn't it?

Ultimately, despite the usual excellent concert scenes (as usual, RAS completely stole the show with that dominant performance of DRIVE US CRAZY), it felt like there wasn't enough substance here to justify this movie's existence. It either could have been a one, maybe two-episode OVA released in similar fashion to the Morfonica ones recently, or focused more on PoPiPa themselves and Kasumi's worries about what comes next. I think that latter point in particular could have made for a more compelling and substantial narrative had it received more focus: after reaching the pinnacle of performing in Japan at the Budokan, wondering what's next and reconciling not knowing when your peers (Roselia) have a clear path could have made for a very interesting plotline, but we only really get hints of it at best.

By the standard of having given the poor 1st Roselia movie a 6/10, this gets a 7. But that's heavily buffed by the slew of concert scenes towards the end, in truth.

Very good movie. I loved every second. This was a good mix of drama and comedy.

The performances were beautiful.

Poor Kasumi. xD Those plane scenes were hilarious.
