Can I watch if not fully caught up?

Im just finishing up the dressrosa arc and am wondering can I watch this or will it spoil many things to come?

I dont mind being spoiled on special moves or powers but I do mind big story type spoilers.

Is this movie kind of a fun save the island type one piece arc or is it story heavy and you need to be fully caught up? Kind of like the made in abyss movie and anime tie in.
