i don’t understand fuko ibuki’s arcs, especially the one from the first show. was she just hillucinated or something?

She was a ghost.
Though she did not died, but was just in coma. Exact same thing happened in Kanon.

There’s a reason why Fuko is the ‘friend’ who gets the most screentime in After Story.

It may sound horrible but I think it would be more impactful on the story if Fuko would die. The arc will be closed but random encounters of her later in the story are just unnecessary in my opinion since everyone forgot about her and everything related to that character.

Well, you may be thinking like that and its understandable, tho its not the same for me, she is an absolute chad and menace for a society.
