| Just based on some of the episode discussions some people actually find this kids show genuinely scary. HOW? I've grown up watching Tales from the Crypt and The Twilight Zone and compared to those shows, this series is pure child's play. My mom was a horror show buff and made me watch scary stuff when I was still going to kindergarten. Now I know not a lot of kids watched any of those shows since they stopped airing over a decade ago, but seriously how can this anime give you any sort of fear or uneasiness? Feel free to list reasons and tell us how old you are because I find it very hard to believe anyone over the age of 15 can call this anime scary. |

| I keep reading these posts and people keep saying they got goosebumps and were genuinely scared? And yes its comparable to "ghost stories" but until they get a hilarious english dub track, it wont be as epic as ghost stories. EVER |

| I don't find it legitimately scary. There are a few stories that creep me out or are directed suspenseful, but nothing made me scream or be afraid to turn off the lights. Also, some of the ones that had potential to be really creepy screwed themselves over at the end. Like in episode 22 when they never found out whether the teacher lived or died. WTF was that? |
| I usually don't scream, even if I find something scary. But there are some stories that creep me out in Kaidan Restaurant, but because of the characters I found it funny. |
