yes the next season is awesome, it is better than the 2nd season, you will get to see many unexpected things, i am waiting for it eagerly. you will love it. not gonna give any spoiler, i know the suffering caused by spoilers, U can have high expectations

Is the manga better?
i feel like the manga is more successful in like conveying the emotions than the anime. Both are good in their own aspect.

Yes, this season will be fire. Massive glow up for the characters. The arc after this one will also be fire.

Is it going to be good? Yes. Very. Iruma is one of current few mangas that are consistently good (In it’s genre) so given that the anime is overall a faithful adaptation it should still be good.
Is there any action or something grandiose? Sort of.
Harvest festival is the first arc and Music festival is the other half of the season (Assuming that it’s going to be 24 Episodes)
Both arcs have development.
The thing about Iruma is that focuses the growth in the supporting cast as well so it makes the plot a little bit more entertaining (Kind of sharing the spotlight)
Regarding romance (In case you were wondering) well not a whole lot aside from a few Ameri moments as per usual (You would have to wait for Season 4 for major Ameri and Iruma development) Iruma-kun Season 3 should be very good yet again.

So, long story short, it's going to be great. This upcoming arc (The Harvest Festival) leans a bit more into shounen battle tendencies, but still keeps a very strong focus on good comedy and strong character development in a way that keeps the entire thing fun throughout. The arc afterwards (The Music Festival) made me cry at no fewer than three different points. It is genuinely an exceptional arc that showcases absolutely everything that makes the manga a cut above the rest, and while I hope it gets animated in this season because I want to see it, it deserves all of the love it can get, and if it needs a bit more time to marinate then so be it. Regardless, there is a lot to look forward to.

I've read ahead the manga portion that covers Season 3, and it might have been one of the best things I've ever read in my life. And I am not one who usually enjoys reading.

Oh HELL YESS.. this is probably the most epic arc in the series yet that will be animated so far, it has been a constant high throughout every arc that comes even at the current stage in the manga which is at 270 as of writing.

This one however is where we truly get to see all of the classes developments and each one will have there spotlight as it goes. look forward to it.

The Harvest Festival arc is by far the best one thus far in the manga, followed closely by the concert arc. So yeah, this season will be simply sublime.
Anybody who complains about "wish fufilment" on this website should be pelted with rocks.

If you enjoyed the character development and focus that the rest of the misfits got in last season's Royal One and Walter Park arcs, you are absolutely going to adore this season.

This arc is the Harvest Festival, and be ready because it is a LONG arc (4 entire volumes on its own) - which will most likely take up the entire season. It is also an absolutely fantastic arc, with a good focus on the strength and development of multiple characters - both personality and skill wise.

It is this arc and the following arc (Music Festival, which would most likely be adapted into a hypothetical S4) that had made numerous manga readers exclaim "this is what 1-A from BNHA should have been!". It's easily one of the top contenders for best arcs in the entire series among many readers.

Unfortunately, as the arc itself is a massive Year-1 rank up exam, there will be minimal focus on Ameri.

Regarding Ameri, the structure of the manga usually goes: Major Long arc followed by a few chapters of downtime before the next major arc - one of those downtime chapters usually being an Ameri x Iruma chapter (think, waterpark aquarium date last season). Assuming that this season is able to adapt the downtime chapters between Harvest Festival arc and the Musical Festival arc, then you can bet that there will be an Ameri x Iruma focused episode towards the end of the season - though this one would be more SoL comedic than heartthrobbing romantic.

Knowing that the next season probably gonna covers the harvest arc, its gonna be insteresting, since most of the action gonna be in this arc
