I might have been overanalyzing things and this is most likely nothing, but i still have doubts.

I kinda doubt, that author would just rely on such a cheap shock factor, as to brutally murder two naked girls literally on forefront. Even Redo of Healer wasn't THAT edgy. Usually, when girls are brutally murdered like that, it serves some sort of plot purpose, because people tend not to enjoy this, so I noticed this Chekhov's Gun menacingly hanging on the wall.

Out of five bandit cards, Michio failed to collect two of them, both of which coincedently belonged to those two girls. On top of that, from those three he did collect, one did not even had any bounty on him.
All we know about those girls is that they were bandits, not much more.
We don't know if they were irredeemably evil or not. They might even be a victims, who were just abused and trapped in villainy or just fell into bad company from what we know.

So, the question, spoil me if you have to:
Is this matter gonna be brought up again?
Is it possible, that Michio has shown a poor judgement?

I'm asking, because similar theme appeared in "I'm Standing on a Million Lives" and it worked out pretty good for the story and protagonist's character development.

That plays no role whatsoever on the future.

It’s the exact same thing in the LN, he finds a couple of bandits sleeping together naked, and he kills both of them.

Tbh I just think it’s a crap story and you’ve already put more thought into than the author ever did.

So author really just wanted to be that edgy and MC will remain a budget Keyaru?
Not good.

In the LN I don't think it's specified that neither they or the males are naked, and they are bandits just like the males so he kills them without discrimination.

As for the intelligence cards; in the LN he heard sounds of people gathering outside the room and is afraid of getting cought in the act of cutting off her hand while someone barges through the door.

Meaning it won't be brought up again.

when someone steel he became thief.. and someone kill and steel he became bandit in there(only if kill an innocent. that's why michio didn't become one)...
there is no need to remorse for who kill and steel an innocent that's what I believe..(in the story). you mean they need to some special treatment just because they are women..

Not really edgy, the MC barely does stuff that's considered edgy, it's just regular fantasy stuff.

Tbh, it wasn't that edgy, the part of brutal murder is also not there. He kills one in sleep and other in a one hit KO. They had it quick which means less pain.

Ofc killing wahmen is somehow more edgy than killing dudes...

You have some double standards
