No, you don’t. It is very badly written, important new characters are killed off and those who survive have zero development so it doesn’t matter. It’s completely unnecessary to watch - watch a recap on YouTube if you feel like it.

If you are a fan of the show do it. But i'mma say no if you just want to see the best of psycho pass. season 1 straight into the movie is fine. There are a few details that are important for the movie but you can figure them out pretty quickly.
