what type of death game is this series like?

seeing the closes recommended manga being darwin game got me confused, i watched a few of the pvs and trailers, it doesn't seem to have any type of violence or blood, is this series one of those bloody survival games where they need to find a killer? or some kind of physical battle thing? or is this more like a slice of life thing, because from the looks of it, it seems like a slice of life?
im just curious for the people who already read this, if this is interesting to get into, I've almost heard nothing about this series
