Episode 18-25 of Season 1 were Anime-Original , creating an ending for the still ongoing Manga. (It was a common pratice a few years ago)
Season 2 follow the Manga , and , of course , act as if the Original Ending of the 1st Season didn't happened at all.
So Season 2 is the direct sequel to Season 1 Episode 17.

Oh I understand it now thanks very much! I also wanna ask which ending is better anime one or manga one?

The Manga is still ongoing , and it got a few hiatus.
But the ending of the 1st Season wasn't really appreciated by the fans , and it was... a little bit stupid , in my opinion.

If they'd just followed the manga instead of anime-exclusive they might have had a larger anime following now...

Manga isn’t on hiatus anymore, we got 2 chapters since it’s return.

The first season covers roughly 4 volumes when this season covers up through the first half of volume 9. The manga is at volume 27 and has had a ton of development that the anime didn’t have the luxury of. I mean the anime didn’t introduce my favorite character yet and the main antagonist group hasn’t appeared in the anime let along been mentioned. Overall the manga is more developed and has a ton more going on as the arcs only get better and better. Definitely check out the manga if you liked the anime.
