| The best way to describe my experience with this show is that it frustrated the hell out of me while at the same time somehow being enjoyable to watch. I loved the concept of the show and was invested in it from the beginning until the end. However, the characters being so stupid to the point where you have to question if they even have brains drained my sanity. What I don't get is that it wasn't like that from episode 1-11. Now, the characters weren't geniuses from episodes 1-11, but at least they were smart enough to read the room. However, from episodes 12-26, somehow the character's intelligence, and the story's writing, fell off a cliff. It tears my brain apart questioning how they literally fell for every trap and deception in the book. And what made it worse is that they kept repeating the same mistakes over and over again. I was ready to give this show an easy 9/10 by the 11th episode, but the frustrations caused by episodes 12-26 damn near almost made me rate it a 6/10. I eventually settled on a 7/10, and that's because I really liked the ending. Does anyone else share a similar opinion about the show? |
