I've seen this happen a few other times. What benefit does anyone involved with the creation have to start censoring things randomly deep into the manga? Starting somewhere in 30's everything was censored. the weird white voids and streaks are just off putting. I have no issue with any manga that has no nudity, but changing mid way just has a weird vibe to it, especially when those censored parts are still the same as what was being done before.

Is it something to do with where the raws were sourced from? Ie, earlier chapters from tankubon Vols but later ones from the magazine released chapters?

Yeah I noticed the same thing why change it in later chapters but it probably does have something to do were they scanned the source material from.
