| MC gets the opportunity to be an outer disciple of Yuhua sect thanks to Fang Qinxue. The irony of him having to complete his 'job' is still in the back of my mind despite all of Fang Qinxue's fair treatment to MC. MC also manages to avoid an altercation with an evil sect Mercenary hired by authentic Disciple Jin who was jealous of Fang Qinxue's entrance. I enjoy the fact that the crane beasts aren't causing trouble like they typically would once you let them out of the cage. Probably thanks to the blood sacrifice to the beastkeeping talisman Fang Qinxue gave MC especially since they can communicate thanks to it. The visual quality is actually better now that I've adapted to it, it definitely doesn't look cheaply keyframed/animated like some smaller budget series do - probably because it was backed by bilibili and not wetv/wevideo. |
| BTW... are they just calling all other Sects "Evil Sects"? lol... So Sects that isn't under their main sects are all evil... Not only that, but apparently all the "evil sect" have people with face paint or deform features on their faces... . Which makes me think... since the MC is suppose to break out of being a peasant and his "master" is from a "evil sect" that seems to also have proper rules and elders... will he end up as a "evil sect"? lol I would support "evil sect" over this crappy ass "beat people up sect" Hopefully MC actually ends up killing that "Lady" instead of the usual "Girl looks beautiful, lets not kill her and instead join her and become her simp" (which would essentially void his "get out of being a peasant" goal) . And MC talks with red girl... Red Girl: "that fake dude is said to take pills to become an authentic disciple"... LOL... girl doesn't know that's exactly what the MC is too... (MC got a pill on his heart, LOL) |
