Show: Ano Natsu de Matteru Why: i did not give a straight 10 on 10 due to art and sound (even if it were really great). But on all other aspects it is a straight 10! Ano Natsu is simply delicious to watch and the plot/characters/story is so well done it made me really want to watch the next episode after the episode i watched while it was airing. Actions are taken with thought and intent. We see characters going after their dreams and the main protagonists are just like us, in their doubts and actions. The love pentagon was really well done and even a bit surprising with 5 characters, and really well handled. Best of all, the end is what I was hopping for. The best character ever was Lemon for her behaviour and her "uhuhu". I love this MASTERPIECE and Ano Natsu de Matteru is for me one of my most loved series ever! I want a sequel to this anime for sure (another season or at least an ova). Well, it's from the same producer of Ano Hana. How can u not love that? ohh i almost forgot: watch it with Hayaku. Even if it's 3 subbers, Ahodomo, Anxious Helium and EveTaku made a really great job together (great quality of subs and typesetting and good karaoke i must say). Coalguys doesn't surpass it and Chihiro wasn't that great and fuck Horriblesubs and Commie that only make junk. AND DON'T WATCH IT IN FRENCH SUBS!!! |
