| As a standalone One-Shot it's fairly good. 6/10. Who knows how it could have been with more depth as a manga and a continuation, but I think out of all of Masaoki Shindou Action One-Shots, this one is one I don't have any problems with from the characters and story, even though it doesn't really have any hint of more. Pretty straightforward. The other Action One-Shots have more to speculate or wonder to how it could continue. Although it's arguably the least interesting out of all of them because it doesn't give much. Ice Monsters vs a Fire-Wielder with an Organization. From the others; A Wingless Angel fighting Demons. A Younger Brother wanting revenge on his older brother who killed his parents and destroying his team of 206 prisoners. A world where demons fear humans for being hated by them for a past war. Cool to see the various ideas this Mangaka has. |
