Where Did The Hardening Serum Came from

Why is Nobody even Talking about it The Hardening serum came out of nowhere in the Arc where historia was gonna eat eren and she refused then rod reiss Licked the serum and everyone was helping eren get out of there Where did the Hardening serum come from and how did eren knew that he would get hardening powers if he drank it And after that Nobody even talked about it in later episodes/seasons. Was it just a Plothole ? Is it explained later in the manga ? *NO MANGA SPOILERS*

I believe it was in rod rises’ briefcase and was labeled hardening so I’m assuming he just risked it and drank the bottle labeled hardening. I could be wrong but I believe that’s the answer.

Plot "armour" XD. Iirc it was in the suitcase of rod reiss where the Titan serum was also there. I really don't know why they also need a hardening serum in there can someone explain?
Also imo it would have been better if he accidentally figured out how to harden without drinking it like out of will to actually protect eren makes a titan to do so.

I guess it's from the previous founding titans spinal fluid(Freda Reiss) and it is used to transform humans into normal titans just like Zeke.

I don't know but the female titan and the armor titan also have the hardening serum in their titans.

The serums came From the Spine of the titán shifters, remember the reíss family was decendets of the king Fritz who was the last one in has all the power of the founding titan because after him, all the bearers of the founding titan were conditioned by his renunciation pact so they could not use all his power.
Probably they have a lot of serums before, remember Also that cave was Made From hardering, similar to the Warhammer titán Powers, SO there is two theories, king Fritz get some serums before he went to the island and he uses to build the walls and that cave or the other one is that they make the sérum just with the spinal fluid of the founding titan.
Also one thing that I forgot is that the sérum had like a tape and it was marked with the mame "armored"

IT'S JUST A THEORY ----- Earlier they told that only ARMOR titan has the ability to HARDENED and Zeke and Annie Drink the armor titans spinal fluid to get the ability to harden. But their harden looks a little bit different from reiner. Here a founding titan can transform into every titan in this world or it can change titans body structure also (example:it can give harden to every titan it wants without need of spinal fluid but only when foundings power is in full control) maybe founder can transform into any titan without it's full power control (due to vow renounce war any royal blood cannot control the founding titan at full power) so that's why ROD has the armor spinal fluid and when eren drank it then he got the ability to harden.

It was in the case with the syringe where the spinal fluid was, they haven’t explained it yet in the anime.

The serum bottle was there inside the Titan injection box. it was perfectly explained in detail in the Anime/manga.

It didn't came out of nowhere Rod Reiss had many types of serum with him. He is a royal blood after all, he knows how to make the Armor serum from the previous Royals.
Paradis is a well-civilised place, they have microscopes, chemicals & Secret Underground Laboratories to make that hardening serum.

It's pretty simple if you paid attention and used some of your 🧠 cells.
Don't go around labeling something you don't understand a "Plot hole".
Everything in Aot makes absolute sense, there is no such thing as plot hole, plot Armor & plot convenience in AoT.
AoT is peak fiction.

Btw,

This serum is completely different from the serum you saw in the titan injection box , this is a Titan serum, Rod Reiss must have kept this in his suitcase or in his pocket. He is a weirdo who'll keep Armor serum in the titan injection box and keep other serums in his pocket/suitcase so, this isn't a plot hole.
