In this episode he was like, totally somewhat ethical and also terribly unethical. His classroom already has issues with boundaries between students that he never enforces or even comments on aside from your usual "kids will be kids", he's repeatedly threatened to kill a student, and

Granted, for pretty good reason, but still.

Everyone needs to watch t least three good and three bad things in each genre or they will explode forever.
