| The shitty CGI is one of the reasons the 1st season was so good. This is my go to for a "so bad it's good" show. They better not go ruining it by improving anything, then it'll just be another bad isekai. |
| As if the only part thats shit about this show is its cgi. The script is steaming donkey shit, the music is out of sync, and the 2d scenes are just images with moving mouths. In season 1, when they got out of the dungeon cave or whatever, met the bunny girl and then there was a slideshow of them doing a bunch of shit, that was the moment I said "I can't" and dropped this garbage. Maybe I'll read episode summaries and try to watch s2... |
| While watching the first episode mid way I thought to myself "hm it seems the animation got better, wonder if they fixed the 3DCG" then it hit me that the awful CG was part of the show trashy charm, thankfully it seems they didn't "fix" the 3DCG monsters but other stuff seems to be better like his arm not being god awful and just being meh now. |
| The CG is definitely much better. At the very least, it's presentable now. The regular 2D animation is also better, but very slightly. I'm curious at the weird grain that looks like someone forgot to turn it off for outside of the storm As long as it holds up and nothing goes wrong like the first season. This is probably going to be in between 6-8 for most people. 8 only if they actually did the story and delivery well... which I'm not keeping my hope up too much from the studio but who knows |

Most anime use CGI. A lot of times people don't even notice it's there. s2 is def better then season 1 tho. s1 didn't even follow the basic rules of animation... |

| I really hope they use 2D dragon instead 3D dragon for Dragon form Tio but f yea just use 3D CGI the same S1 CGI but "little detail" and a pinch better than S1, even Kobayashi Dragon is way better even though the anime kinda cartoony style. I really impress dat sand worm cgi was so beautiful but everything change when dragon cgi show up |

If you're comparing to season 1, overlord is def better. The goats were way better than the hydra dragon thingie at the beginning. |
