Yes , the Manga is still publishing , but the Author often takes hiatus or breaks.
The last chapter is the 111th , released in October 2021 , but we are without news of Chapter 112.

The Anime is a great adaptation , so i'd recommend you to check out the 3 Seasons , before or after reading the Manga , as you prefer.

Thanks! Can I continue the manga where the anime ends, or will I have to read from the beginning because of some changes?

You can continue from where the Anime ended.

The Anime changed the order of which some Arcs take place to get an explosive final for Season 1 & 2 , and they greatly intensified the gore aspect of the Arc adapted in Season 3 , especially toward the end.
Beside this 2 things , only minors details got changed , nothing important at all.

Once you have watched the 3 Seasons , you can move on to Chapter 77.
Note that Chapter 76 got some extra pages/revisions for the Volume version (Including a proper closure/epilogue to the Arc) that didn't got adapted.

I've been waiting for this Manga to finish publishing to binge read it in one sitting for years now, just how many more years do I have to wait...

what's season 3? I thought Roberta's part was some kind of OVA since it's labeled like that on this site.

Roberta's Blood Trail , despite being OVA , is the 3rd Season of Black Lagoon.
It isn't labelled as such just because the episodes were sold as OVA on Blu-rays , and not broadcasted on TV , but you'll probably see a lot of fans/watchers of the Animes calling those OVA "Season 3" or "3rd Season".

Do you think someday a new anime adaptation based on the rest manga chapters may have its release? I haven't read the manga so I don't know if it's enough source material to do that but I'd like to see it happens.

After Roberta's Blood Trail , there is 2 Arcs , "The Wired Red Wild Card" , that last for 25 Chapters , and "L'Homme Sombre" , which ended in the latest chapter with a total of 12 of them.

So there is enough content to do 12 Episodes , but the chances of it happening are very slim , in my opinion.
I mean , it's already been 10 years , Madhouse probably moved on since then...
But well , Black Lagoon isn't what we could call an obscure series , so maybe someday... =)

I'm a little bit late , but the latest Chapter is the 114th. (Released on 19th December 2022.)

As for when the Manga will finish... impossible to say.
There is no real story in Black Lagoon , it's all about character development , and it's doing so extremely slowly.
Add to that Author doing a lot of (very long) Hiatus , and now even do the story for the Spin-Offs , and even started to run another Manga at the same time , means that we won't see the ending of Black Lagoon before a few decades or so. (If he doesn't suddenly rush/drop it , or in the worst case , die before so.)

So I was browsing through youtube and saw this video, and it has a comment from one of the original creators of the show!

"I worked on the original show in Japan. I'm glad you liked the show. It'd be nice if you could mention that Rei Hiroe is the author and the man that gave life to this world. I've helped him at the start of the manga and it's great that he's still working on new episodes running in Sunday GX magazine in Japan. I still help him out with stuff from time to time for the manga.
He and I are both over 50, so please excuse him for not being to pump out material as fast as he used to before."

That's not entirely true.
He's a very well known English translator , and he's the main one for the Manga by Viz. (he's also the one who came up with "Roberta's Blood Trail" title for the OVAs)

@Alexioos95 Well that is what I meant, that he worked on the original show, even if it is just translation. Apologies I am not a native speaker.

Ah , okay.

Because to me , "one of the Original creators" is someone who worked on the creation of the project (Director , Animator , Sound designer , ...), not on the post-creation of it. (Translator , Publisher , ...)

@Alexioos95 Yes you are quite correct, I should've worded it differently for sure
