Scary episode. I got jump scared at least twice. That medical robot was funny though. Looks like things are about to get intense.

marc is actually a clone from this "old world" medical facility.

the medical facility has a robot to diagnose medical conditions... superior to anything on the lighthouse. They're also researching regeneration...

there is a huge medical warehouse. but it's full of extremezoans?

and the main staging area is also now being overrun by extremezoans. something about a giant pod thing that eats people and spews noxious gas. i wondered why they ignored those giant pod/egg looking things in the beginning, and what was up with all those little plant things that kept glowing

back on the lighthouse, a couple of powerful people briefly discuss whether they should abandon the current way of things and get rid of some of these "laws". but it'll ultimately be up to the old guy city lord who's dying and marc is trying to save by getting medicine (a new heart?) from the medical facility
