| I finally started watching this after so many years. I watched up to episode 5 and I'm liking it enough to watch till the end, but then I searched the manga to see if it was translated (it's not) and gave it a fast look... it made me greatly disappointed, with the anime. If I understood this right, the anime got the manga and made it more "child friendly"? The manga felt a bit more "darker and heavier", it already start with that band in chapter 1 and looking a bit more it seems less linear from the start with various flashbacks. I also see that shadow that the girls have to stare down in one of the chapter, the context is a bit different. Seems like the anime striped the most of the "dread" from the manga. |
