Where does this fit in relation to the movie?

I saw the OVA and in the end Uenoyama was

That part I did not fully understand and now I'm confused as how this fits with the movie

The whole thing is probably just me being dumb or missing on obvious or small details, but I still would appreciate if someone could explain this to me. Thanks!

I think in the beginning it slightly overlaps with the movie and at the end is right after the movie

I agree with the other commenter, everything before the credits was bits and pieces jumping around the movie (mafuyu writing his song and whatnot) and the scene after the credits would probably be after the after-credits scene of the movie with the confession

It's confirmed that the OVA is basically some bits of scenes along the timeline of the Movie, since the movie focused on Akihiko's love triangle, while the OVA highlights Mafuyu and Ritsuka's love story throughout that timeline. In the manga, the scenes in the Movie and the OVA appear simultaneously, and I understand that they couldn't fit mafuyama's scene in the movie due to duration
