Hi I just wanted to know if the manga ended the same way as the anime or if there’s more content after he meets hishiro after both landing a job at relife.

No the manga shows a little more about their relationship after the anime ending.

So if you are having doubts about reading the manga you should definately read it because the ending is extended and it feels very satisfactory.

The manga's ending is IMMENSELY more satisfying. Try multiple chapters vs 15 seconds in the last ep of the ova lol
