I think you should read manga cause they have full story and are completed if you watch anime you will miss out some details but if you still wanna watch then first watch sinbad no bouken and then labyrinth

You always start with the one that came out first so in this case, the labyrinth of magic.

I definitely recommend watching the main series first. I watched this first because it's the prequel but you won't be able to appreciate the characters as much without knowing about them in the main series.

Imagine watching the Star Wars prequel first. Your reaction might be "Oh I guess Anakin is in a suit of armor now?" But if you watched the originals first you'll understand stand the origin of Darth Vader and the many other characters more.

You should absolutely start with sinbad, I did the same and would never regret it.

For those of you who are new to the series and want to know which to watch first, if you want to find this anime, check go go anime or a site like that. This anime never existed on any available streaming service in the US outside 9f Netflix, but Netflix has removed this anime, therefore unless you buy a DVD set, you can no longer watch this by legal means. Netflix does, however still have the two parent seasons. You can also find them on Crunchyroll.
