What the difference from the original paperback English version by viz and the 3 in 1 kodansha version in chapter

So is there any difference between them like does the 3 in one have extra chapters or something?

3 in 1 is bundled with some bonus chapters in between volumes. Nothing substantial though. I can tell the translation hasn't been touched lol

The 3 in 1 is ugly and the original viz volumes are way more clean, but they’re oop and expensive
