I tend to like the suspense, thriller, & horror genres the most, especially if it's psychological...so all three of those fit that pretty well :)

I personally just finished watching the first season of Psycho Pass and really enjoyed it. I love dystopian settings too so extra bonus points there. It doesn't shy away from depicting blood & violence and it's got an interesting societal questions that reminded me a bit of Ghost in the Shell. I think it fits your list the most, but I've got a couple recommendations based on various aspects of the three you mentioned...and some of them overlap. Bear with me:

If you liked the heavy moral battles in all three shows....Monster, Shinsekai Yori, Devilman Crybaby, Psycho Pass, Death Parade
If you liked the mind games and cat-and-mouse chase in Death Note....Zankyou no Terror, Monster, Psycho Pass, Pet
If you liked the physical violence or body horror of Tokyo Ghoul and Parasyte...Psycho Pass, Devilman Crybaby, Another
If you like the psychological thriller side of all three....Another, Monster, Pet
If you like eerie supernatural elements in all three....Another, Pet, Shinsekai Yori, Boogiepop & Others

Hope some of these look interesting to you! If you end of watching them, let me know what you think!

Honestly...it looks like you've already watched anything else I would recommend. The only other one I didn't include in my original list was Neon Genesis Evangelion and looks like you watched that one recently :) Devilman Crybaby is pretty unique...

If I watch something new that I think fits, I'll be sure to message you!
