Welp, this episode had its usual energy and action as expected with the main cast on the frontlines.

This was also one of those episodes that I'm glad it ended on a cliffhangerish ending so it can keep up the momentum. Honestly, they're focusing on a very safe direction for the show at this rate.

Just reminder the game was bomb so hard in Japanese video game sales

At this stage, Arshem in Asuna's body revealing her motive to the Terraash humans like Yamato and the others is a critical turning point, but Yamato has been through enough hell to not give in. Jun, you'd better catch on quick and not be left behind with your bird-brain thinking.

I still do believe that Sidr like Arshem and her servant Sarzant Evol have power to change the mindsets of others, but it starts from the top down with her mother.

Momoka and Jun's bickering, whether in school or at piloting, just get over with it already. The test of both girls in the Rogue Maximus, and the Dractors aren't playing it safe as well. The mothership that dropped this big monster, it's no pushover....

oookay... here's some details you might have missed... according to a simple Bing search using "Megaton Musashi game price in Yen" i found 5 sources... MSRP for the game in Yen... both PS4 and NintendoSwitch versions cost 6,974Yen. as announced by LEVEL-5 in their press releases Aug5-9, date depending on which source you read. right now, that is... 53.97Euro and $60.77... the Japanese version of your 'source' lists the MSRP (before tax) as 6,340Yen... Microsoft Edge did my Japanese translation, it sucks for text but LOVES the numbers. i've never seen my Edge screw up numerals from Japanese websites.

on US Ebay the cheapest i can find it is $61.99 on the NSW. $74.99 for PS4. so if you can speak/read Japanese and your PS4/Switch can play Asian region games... which i don't even know if games have a region specific code anymore... i'm PC only myself... you can get a copy on Ebay.

your ... link... says sales in what i will guess is 'units' ie. single packs or DOWNLOADS remember, Megaton is both physical disks and DL... your source does NOT list DL and physical/online in-store disk sales separately. combined sales in the first WEEK... remember the game JUST CAME OUT IN JAPAN ON NOVEMBER 11TH! your source, cut off their count on THE FOURTEENTH! combined PS4&NSW sales were 11,378 units. over 10k units were sold in FOUR DAYS!

Famitsu is a very old, respectable, and highly rated gaming magazine in Japan. it has been CONTINUALLY published since the 1st issue in June of 1986! their staff played the game and rated it an average of 8.5... several of them gave it a 9... which i'm guessing is on a 10 point scale.

if you think 11,378 units "the game was bomb so hard" [i'm guessing that is a bad thing? bomb so hard?] at a pre-tax income of 72,136,520Yen or $628,597.64 or 557,903.85Euro
in FOUR DAYS ... i think you're an un-informed idiot that needs to do some more research before you hop online and show your ass.

oh BTW... my research/writing took 49 minutes and 20 of that was a final edit of my post.

Yamato is the mecha MC we deserve. Without a proper apology or acts of faith, why would any reasonable character believe your spiel about getting along? It's a shame Yamato won't keep this energy, but it's nice to see characters like this in mecha anime again.

It seems like we have seen every character that's going to fight in battle now. I wonder how Level 5 is going to play out the story?

Soooo, I'm kinda iffy on the fact that the bickering didn't amount to much since after just hopping into the Megaton the duo was capable of decimating their enemies. Probably next episode will further elaborate on that regard.
