Woah you have quite some low patience, but it's alright. The show is really good, finish this season and go to manga if you liked it or else just stop at it. Season 2 is a big no no.

I'm not sure, but if you've watched 4 episodes and you're still not into it, maybe you won't like the rest of the anime either. Personally I liked every episode. I don't remember at what point the story was at at the fourth episode, but I can tell you the story is going to be different from the beginning later on.

Exactly this. The 1st season is amazing, personally. It definitely gets better towards the end of the season.
Don't touch season 2. Just don't. Look at its rating on MAL and you'll understand.

yeah I enjoyed every episode so you probably won’t keep enjoying, but honestly just see for yourself, the anime is short and like other people have said, season 2 was butchered and there is still so much more to be explained after the ending. sort of cliffhanger

no it gets SIGNIFICANTLY worse, I really enjoyed up till episode 10, after that show sucks. season 2 is terrible but the end of season 1 is already bad (I can go into why if people want)

Yeah season 1 is incredible but after that it just kills itself. Read the manga after season 1 if you like it, because it's much better than season 2 with way more content

It’s a slow simmer of a show. Tension will slowly rise as you end a pretty good note....just don’t watch the second season

Here’s the thing. Season 1 is incredible, but definitely a slow burn (I’d say the pacing is comparable to Attack on Titan, but remove the fight scenes). It’s really good.

I’m in the minority here, but I thought Season 2 was great. I’m an anime-only so had no reference for what was skipped, but barring a couple of time-skips you don’t really notice until right at the end. You can definitely tell they wanted to wrap up the series and I think it would’ve really benefited from a couple more seasons, but we got what we got.

Honestly I was expecting season 2 to be terrible based on common consensus but found it was really good!

okay so the first 10 episodes I really enjoyed, 9/10, I was getting ready to be like wow this show is amazing 10/10 love it, then they start revealing a bunch of info you didn't know because another character figured it out off screen, and I don't remember exactly but there was a perspective change which I wasn't a fan of as it just takes the mystery out of it imo. so at this point okay maybe a 6 or 7, but then no one else dies???? I really wanted more death, it wasn't a story that needed a perfect happy end, it needed a bit of tragedy, I would have been fine with it just being minor characters dying, it didn't have to be main characters, then obviously season 2 was just season 2 lmao. I do see why people could like it, but I just feel like the tone changes and removes most of the aspects I really liked about the show

ok yeah I totally understand. I felt the same way about the death toll, it was my only really big gripe. I don't remember the first part you were talking about but it's been a while since I watched it lol. Imo the manga takes the death toll problem and fixes it, which is why I really like the manga too. I also liked the first arc for the thriller and horror aspects that we don't really get afterwards.

For me this anime was not that good only good parts were some action scences and stuff but they talk to much so it wasnt that enjoyable. But this anime only has 12 episodes so you could finish the rest pretty quickly just speed up the video.

Yes it gets so much better but bro: DO NOT watch season 2. As much as you wanna know what happens to the kids. You will be so disappointed if you watch it. Just look at S2 rating on MAL if ur not convinced

it gets better and the ending (to s1) Is really nicely done, but I wouldn't reccomend s2 (atleast the anime anyway) as it gets alot worse
