The sub is hilarious and the voice acting is pretty great. I dont know if there is a dub version or not but just go with sub.

If you enjoyed the time you wasted, then its not a waste of time.

I just thought that the timing of the jokes sometimes falls flat in the anime. The voice actors are great but it's the direction and the editing that are lacking, IMO. The manga just has this frantic pace with three or four jokes going on at the same time. I read the manga after watching the anime and I was still howling with laughter when I read it.
With something like Asobi Asobase, I'd say the anime is funnier than the manga because the timing is spot-on.
