I really liked this show, so I wonder what are chances of us getting a second season?

Hmmmm unlikely this is a Manga original
And the anime Will catch up to the Manga next episode
Also hint the next episode is gonna be crazy
It won't go the way you'd expect it ( if it follows the manga that is which it did for most of the show )

This is basically if Kazuma from Konosuba sticked to labor instead of going for defeating the demon lord mixed in with a little of Slime. Not really unique in any way

I thought it did a good job covering the whole isekai element, it explored the differences between mc's world, the new world, and then the future of that new world. Also, I think the MC is smarter than the MC from Konosuba, just to say that he isn't a mere mixture of Konosuba or Slime. But the best thing I noticed about this Isekai is that in its own perverse way to questioned/mentioned certain topics that are related to, I assume, modern day Japan. The obvious one is the whole overworking culture/society, but I think or at least feel there are other examples. I might be wrong but even the MC and Rim experienced gradual character progression that changed their essence, and it was done in a good way which stayed true to the character, especially since those are the type of characters that seem to be the most stubborn in their ways.
To me, this anime truly sticks out as one of the most unique isekai anime. It is a crazy fictional ride that isn't rooted on the concept of an MMORPG/Video game or a standard fantasy, and that is not to say that those isekai's are bad. I would say it is closer to something like Tanya the Evil in being distinct from other stories. While Overlord and Log Horizon are closer together in that they are nearer to the more common Isekai. Again, it doesn't automatically mean that this anime's story is good because it's unique, but it is at least unique in the pacing, topics covered, and the personality of the MC when compared to I think many other isekai anime.

Have you misunderstood the word "unique"?

It's still unique tho, have YOU misunderstood the word?
The themes in the anime are unique, there isn't really any other anime like it from its plot alone. It might have some isekai tropes but they mixed it up enough to feel like their own thing. Even Kinji which you said is similar to Kazuma is in actuality way more perverse for a MC.

In case you don't know what "unique" means, here's the google definition:

1. being the only one of its kind; unlike anything else.
3. particularly remarkable, special, or unusual.

Possibly, since it seems popular enough and Silver Link is a studio that frequently makes season 2s.

Unfortunately, it won't be for several years, as these 12 episodes used every single chapter of the manga available. There is no more source material left to adapt.

An anime about the overworking culture in japan has been done countless of times, the characters are basic and generic the plot in it self is a mess of blends from different anime that doesn't work together. There's nothing unique about this anime as I said before. If Konosuba already did the isekai but with normal labor then how is this unique? Can't just call something unique because they changed a few plot points and have different characters. If that was the case then every single anime would be unique. Please why do I have to explain something so basic.

I don't know about other anime, but in the realm of Isekai anime, I believe this one is unique.
