English Dubs VS Japanese VA Performance

So what is your opinion about perfomance of dub VA's for the British Character like Ange, Dorothy, Charlotte, Beatrice, Duke of Normandy, Gazelle or any episodic minor Character compared to the Original Japanese VA's ? tell me your honest opinion about the dub and the Japanese VA's Perfomance.
