| Because the 3rd OVA hasn’t been released. Given that this series was well received and with the manga just being completed, maybe (Hopefully) they could announce another season or just wrap up the show in OVA format. But believe whatever the person above me said because it has Saber in the signature and that’s just majestic. |

Maybe they will release another OVA, being the 4rd one but definitely not a season. There is actually 71+ Chapters in the Manga , while the Anime adapted 28 Chapters. Let's say the Anime adapted 2.5 Chapters per episodes , with the 3 OVAs it should be around 40. So there is still around 30 Chapters left , even if the Anime skipped/mixed chapters , there should be enough for a 2nd Season of something like 09/10/11 Episodes. And a 4th OVA is unlikely to happens since the 3rd one is already bundled with the Final (11th) Volume. How would they release it ? |
