This anime has to be the home to the greatest fights in anime history. Just look at the following clips from SakugaBooru:

clip 1

clip 2

clip 3

clip 4

clip 5

The use of ultrakinetic choreography coupled with immense camera rotations, realistic surface textures, and high-quality animation without any sacrifices to the art style truly cements this anime has the home to the greatest Fight Scenes in anime history.

Demon Slayer? Who cares?
Sword Art Online? Who cares?
Fate? Who cares?
Attack On Titan? Who cares?

All of the above look like Ex Arm in comparison to this.

Not even Rakudai can outdo the godhood of the fight scenes in this anime.

I'm not downing K fight scenes but to say that fate isn't equal is just not true in my opinion. The heavens feel movies fight scenes were incredible

I am aware of how amazing the fight scenes in Heaven's Feel are. But the fight scenes in Return of Kings is so godlike that Fate (including Heaven's Feel) looks like Ex Arm in comparison. That's how legendary the fight scenes in Return of Kings are.

It has a lot of amazing fights indeed..
But don't you ever compare them to the fate fights in heaven's feel because it won't be a matter of opinions anymore .
There's only logic .

Heaven’s Feel fights aren’t the greatest because there’s no emotional tension, specifically between Saber Alter and Rider. I suppose it’s pretty, but these two have never really interacted so who cares. Gintama probably has the best fight animation + the connection the two characters have with one another

Not saying that Heaven's Feel fights are bad. They are amazing, no doubt, but Return of Kings' fight scenes are so amazing, they make Heaven's Feel look terrible in comparison. That's how godlike Return of Kings' fight scenes are

Okay, you're taking things too far with Gintama. The fight scenes aren't even good, let alone amazing. They are just average at best.

I don’t care about only sakuga, the actual substance needs to be good as well. Saber Alter vs Rider really has none of that, as the former is just a roadblock to Shirou and Rider

Except Gintama is meant to be taken as nothing more than a barrage of parodies, this rendering its emotional aspect moot. Not saying that parodies are bad thing, matter of fact, parodies make a series even funnier if you understand it. But you can't parody humor with emotional drama together.

Oddly enough it still holds more meaning than Rider and Shirou vs Saber Alter, despite it being parody. Guess the better writing goes to Gintama

When something is a parody, the emotional aspect is rendered moot, and any semblance of emotional impact feels utterly forced and a s such, the fight scene gets even worse, as seen with Gintama.

I watched a decent amount, and I can safely say that the fight scenes are so godlike that not even Demon Slayer, Fate, SAO, nor AOT could even fathom to compare.

ye they are godly but I feel like there is 0 tension behind them, the whole anime is probably the most stylish animation I have ever seen but it feels it has no substance

Yeah I don’t think our friend here has watched enough. The fight scenes are just style over substance... they just are flashy for sake of being flashy without even much being done thanks to the overuse of those rotating camera angles etc, take for instance the fight scenes I actually watched this morning from return of the kings season premier opening sequence... they looked so fake I actually stopped watching it. I know it’s all make belief, powers and whatnot, but the fight scenes were just meh. I don’t even know how I had watched this show before, as today was just a rewatch.

So for you to come and claim that they are the best fight scenes lol. Please. Anyways you’re entitled to your own opinion, same as I, but I still gotta say that I honestly don’t agree.

Ohh, and the part about Gintama being a parody thereby rendering the emotional aspect of it moot... I don’t even know what to say. If you haven’t watched it, then I’d forgive you, but if you actually watched the entirety of the show and you say, “it’s just a parody full of gags and references and Easter eggs of other show without any substance” then yeah, that just makes your whole claims invalid to me. I watch trash, I watch the seasonal mainstream shows, I watch everything, and I honestly know that one of the great shows with a lot of heart and emotions that I’ve watched over my whole anime watching lifetime is Gintama.

First of all art style is most generic it can get.
Animation is good but not as as good as other series u mentioned as u say, just because camara is rotating doesnt make it great.

For eg this camera movement looks much more complex that what u showed. I think u not really paying attention while watching.

I actually never really huge much about this anime until I saw recent YouTube video about fights and this anime was mentioned so I plan on watching it pretty soon. That being said I won't judge it fully until I watch it but from the clips in the OP I would have to disagree.

The animation looks great no denying that but I still think Fate has the best fights out there there is much that can compete with Saber Alter vs Rider, Kirei vs Kiritsugu or Lancer vs Archer etc. As for SAO I don't really care being that most fights is SAO are Kirito winning because of plot armor. I did really like the final boss fight in the Ordinal Scale movie. Demon Slayer has great animation but the Tanjiro vs Rui was overrated don't get me wrong I loved the fight but I have seen better fights that should have broken the internet but didn't plus Rengoku vs Akaza is leagues better. As for AoT the only real fight that blew me away was Levi vs Kenny the rest of the fights were good throughout AoT but they aren't flashy I guess you can. Plus AoTs fights aren't the reasons I remember/watched the series in the first place it's the plot twists and the mystery that I remember the series for.

On top of that there are tons of other great fights that I think top the ones in the clips like Goku vs Jiren or Gogeta vs Broly from Dragon Ball and let's not forget Saitama vs Boros from One Punch Man or Akemi vs Mami from Puella Magi Madoka Magica. I can list a lot more but I won't fully judge K until I watch it but from the clips no they are not the greatest.
