According to an interview with Mr. Takayuki Chiyo, the music supervisor of the film, the film will be released overseas after the English dubbed version is made, so it will take more time before it is released.

(The following is a quote from the interview)

We are now in the process of rewriting all the songs into English for the overseas market. In other words, we have to do the opposite of making Japanese versions of Hollywood musicals.

In some countries, the film will be shown with subtitles, but in some countries such as the U.S., an English dubbed version will be made and released with both subtitles and the English version. All the songs and voices will have to be re-recorded, so it's very important to know who will be playing the role... We are currently discussing this with the local distributors.

Personally, I would like people to hear Kaho Nakamura's beautiful song in the movie theater (at least once).

Belle will release late September here in Poland via a movie festival. It will also be available online, so it probably will be on torrents shortly after.
