(I want to see if you guys have any other factors you can think will make someone worthy to be called 'based')

there's actually no method.

someone is based purely if either me or @MrDongPrime states it in their profile. other wise you're either based or undeterminable. unbased people also exist tho.

You can call yourself based, but some may not agree with you.

Like I see a lot of MAL users that they think they are 'based', but in reality, there are extremely unbased from my view lmao.
