I’ve watched it, it isn’t bad, it presents a cat and mouse game like death note or terror in resonance but its way less entertaining than those two in ny opinion. The animation is superb tho, and there are very good fight scenes if that interests you.

Would recommend if you're into those genres.
Most of the characters are rather bland, but it's a decent supernatural thriller with some good twists here and there. It's fast paced and doesn't spell things out most of the time, so you need to pay attention if you don't want to be confused.

Don't bother with S2 though, that one actually is bad.

No, its super convoluted and boring. It's only saving grace was the animation which was really good. But they got ride of the great animation in season 2. But this is just my opinion.

Personally I think no. The animation, art style, and some of the music is good (I mean they got the dude from Man with a mission to sing with Marty Friedman on guitar so that's cool.)
But story wise. Way too western for am anime, it's just so cheap and simple and stupid and boring. Too much focus on romance and it's the main focus of the plot and the motivation of all characters whether good or evil. I cringed so hard at every episode and couldn't believe it was over. Long story short, never watch a Netflix anime. (Except devilman crybaby, that one was good actually.)

There’s not a lot of action or fighting scenes especially not in the first couple episodes. Overall I’d give it a 7/10, it’s like death note but a lot less sophisticated.
