It's not saying that…

At the time the episode aired nobody took the trouble of creating a page for it. The same is true for a lot of others. So I created one after I watched the episode.

so that turtle shell wok is actually a special spirit something or other. you can refine items with spirit power or something.

this is useful now because the mc finally has qi after eating that food the fatty brothers gave him. his wok can make food cooked in it even higher level

mc is cultivating like a mf'er trying to save himself from dying. he even learns how to do the spirit refinement and refines a wooden sword twice (or was it just once?). but something happens to the turtle wok and it appears to drain some of his qi/lifespan at the same time (he had some hair turn white and fall out). it also entered the mc's body, but left his body when the mc told it to haha (i don't quite understand what happened yet, but i'm assuming they will explain later)

mc tells his fatty bros about the lifespan and they offer him some communal savings they'd saved up, to go into town and buy some ingredients. but it turns out it wasn't nearly enough money to buy the ingredients. and then he runs into the duel guy from episode one. mc runs away but is eventually forced to fight where he kicks the duel guy's ass. and we learn the mc is now a stage 3 in refinement. which is the same level as his kitchen boss i believe. seems like a huge cultivation jump in just a few days/weeks

the story itself remains pretty good

oh, yea. the sub is definitely way too fast. definitely faster than normal subs. can't read it all before it disappears. they could leave it up for an extra second or two. i'm going to try different hosts and see if it's any better
