| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Wow, a family with a mother having an affair... Not only that, it seems that the family itself is just a mess with all the drama. Felt bad for the girl in the family as she just wants to a normal family again. I feel bad for characters like that but then again, in this show, it's hardly surprising to see this type of family. |

| Ahh so we finally have a clearer picture of what happened between Uruu and Homura's families! Though it seems like only Uruu has a full grasp on the situation; Homura isn't yet aware of the extent of his father's actions. It's interesting that Chilka's human form is becoming less and less shrouded. I guess it makes sense, since he'll probably be playing a bigger role in the last two episodes. My guess is that next episode will be another Takara episode, and then the last two episodes will wrap everything up. In retrospect, I wish that things had gone a little differently with the second half of this anime. Like, after introducing all of the fairies one by one, I feel like they should have started pairing them up to collect attachment. It would have been more interesting that way! As it stands, I feel like the character relationships are super underdeveloped, and having them fight together would have been a quick and effective way to flesh out their group dynamics. Feels like a missed opportunity to me, cuz this second round of single-character episodes haven't done much differently from the first round. Regardless, I'm interested to see how this story ends! |
| Takara is plotting to overthrow the queen and end the matriarchy, haha. It’s all coming together! Time to rise up and make out! When we first saw baby Uruu opening a door and gasping, I immediately thought “his mom hung herself,” but then friends pointed out the reflections in their eyes and I thought maybe she had only had an affair ... but she also hung herself later. :( Damn. |
| I'm loving the Homura and Uruu plot, Uruu's backstory is heavy. No wonder he's such a s&m. Uruu is definitely my favorite character. I also wish we got more development between characters,and more time with Chilka since we're probably only gonna get a rushed story wrap in two episodes. |
