| Im pretty sure Rina was killed by Rena in Onidamashi. She, Satoko and past loop memories could play into her advancing into L4/L5. Though in that case wouldnt it be easier to just kill Keichii's mother? We know that Rena and her are somewhat close. |

It is brought up that Keiichis dad isn't doing too well at work which means he is bringing home less money. It is possible that in fear of losing it all Keiichis mom got with Renas dad since as we learned in season 2 he is lonely and pretty well off. Rena possibly found out about this and she attempted to kill Keiichi to atone for what his mother had done. Rena doesn't bring Mion with her to Keiichis house just like in the arc where she kills Satokos uncle she went solo. I'm basing this theory off of memory so let me know if something sounds wrong to you. wtf? :D There's no way this is true, BUT, if it is, man, Higurashi sure has turned into a fever dream. |
