| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- So in regard to episode/segment #3... This was easily the best of the OVA material. You could put this segment into the main series and it wouldn't feel out of place in the slightest. Everything from the direction to the humor is in tact and in full force. I found it very funny, something the other segments failed to do. My favorite aspect was Fujiwara's commentary and her interaction with Ishigami after learning the truth to his cooking. Shirogane's all-too-sad tale was humorous as well. |

| This was easily the best for me lol. I do prefer the comedy for the tv series but this made me laugh more than I expected and the dynamics between Iino and kaguya was a surprising highlight lol. It was nice getting to hear the ending song again. I can't wait for season 3 |

| Great adaptation of this chapter of the manga, and it really saved this OVA from being a complete dud. Chika being so wrong about the food but so confident she was right was brilliant, especially when Ishigami led her on about the ingredients he used. Miko's reviews of the food also added some great comedic value, topped off by Ishigami's supreme smug face when Miko begrudgingly praised it. This was good enough to have been in the main show, and I would have much preferred it to the giant balloon chapter we got instead. It's just a shame the other two segments to this OVA weren't overly interesting due to their excessive focus on fanservice that basically any show could have done; this, by contrast, felt distinctly Kaguya-sama. 9/10 for this segment, but 7/10 for the OVA as a whole. |

| This 3rd segment was really good. It felt like a regular sketch from an episode and I could actually watch it without having to beware of someone walking in unannounced LOL Pretty hilarious, I enjoyed it and got hungry for some fried rice. |

| No way I m going to bother writting for 3 different chapters of the episode on 3 different threads LOL Since this is the last one, will do it here. Overall the OVA was MUCH better than I expected, I though the OVA had to do something really fucked up to piss of the fanbase, but it was just children being angry for 1 minute of extreme fanservice lol Part 1 was enjoyable for what it was, but it were part 2 and 3 that I really loved, they are chapters taken from the manga, neve adapted, to them getting one, it was great honestly. IMO the staff should start doing more OVAs for Kaguya, to cover almost all of the many chapters they missed with the adaptation to anime, because that has always been my biggest complain, they skip too much, a lot of chapters I want to see... of course what they do adapt is mostly the top premium content and they an amazing job at that... But I really want more OVA like this, get all of those skipped chapters some love in OVA for PLZ!!! 8.7/10 = 9 |
