Most chinese animations are 7 to 15 mins long. How come "Ling Long" donghua is so big in video length ?

It is relatively popular and probably has good funding. That's my guess.

Loved the fight scenes. Can't wait for season 2 to know more about the survivors on the ground. When I realized they were calling Lighthouse a pot lid, I lost it haha. That technology was awesome. Finally, we know what Marc's purpose is but many mysteries about his origin as well as that of the catastrophe remain. I'm looking out for season 2.

That's why it was titled "Ling Long." If it has only short duration per episode, then it will be titled "Ling Short."

that was great. the 2 "final" episodes and the 1 "special" episode were really good. really got into a lot more of the lore. answered some questions, and gave us new questions

humans ARE surviving on earth. but i don't know exactly what that blue crystal, liquid life force looking stuff is about? they clearly know a lot more about what's actually going on than the "pot lid" humans

the bishop douche still thinks he matters. still wants his absolute power on the pot lid. and i'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in that kid for still being his damn puppet. also, i guess they have the badges back now? (maybe they never got rid of them? and all the badges they showed in the collection bin was from dead people? sounds plausible)

that silver haired chick is OP af. but something about her deteriorating when she uses her true strength/power?

the surface extremezoans are connected to a larger one under the surface. it is breeding newer, stronger monsters, and we saw one of them being born at the end? obvi marc will have to fight it/them

i absolutely want to know more about this lore and technology and the past and everything. this is the incredible part of the show. who is this "lai" guy? also, who was the bishop douche's golden mask protector in earlier episodes? marc killed him, but...who was he?

i am a mecha lover so i liked those mecha fights, the idea that this will become a cultivation donghua will kill off this genre
